Took 11 days after order. Installation and programming was quite easy however I made a mistake myself of not rotate the front lock to the correct position for single tongue lock. The store helped me out really quick after I reached out via Ali in-app message. I am very happy with the product, will order the next one to install for my main door later. Recommended seller.

Product quality is great and working fine, sometimes the fingerprint doesn’t work and need to try few times. Be careful, this item doesn’t support wifi, I bought it thinking it does, contact the store if you want wifi version.

I got unlucky when ordered wrong size mortise lock. But when chatting to store, my problem is solved. If there are more stars to vote, I will give more.

Okay so, the lock works well, you have 2 keys and 6 cards. I experienced an issue because sometimes it doesn’t work. Follow my instructions if you experienced this issue (don’t ask to the store. he’s nice but it seems he has issues to understand me). – Lift the handle when you scan your fingerprint on the handle and then you can open. I had to keep the original bar since in France you don’t have a 8mm hole. I took the handle only in my case. My door wasn’t compatible with all these locks but I think it is with some to be honest. At the end you have to do a hole so… I’m happy with this lock, just follow the instructions I gave. I think I will buy another one later

It’s not as easy to install as shown in the video because everyone has a different door. I managed to fit it to close properly but it turned out a little crooked because the body is too thick and too wide. Still I am satisfied because the fingerprint works well, and no need to carry keys anymore. It really improves the quality of living ever so slightly. People you trust can enter with ther provided passwords and you can see all the entries in the evenet log. Tuya could be better, remote unlock is dreadfully slow or even doesn’t work sometimes.
